Which warmth level do I need?

Level 2 for Dhaka, 3 for cold mornings, 4–5 for the north in January.

Do the jackets run small?

They are cut with room for a sweater underneath — take your usual size.

Can I wash the shawls?

Dry clean is best; a gentle cold hand wash is fine.
